Roxane returns to the Free Range Art Farm in Grafton, WI with another opportunity to explore the art of painting with molten beeswax. For this workshop, participants will create encaustic paintings by embedding photographs and collaged elements into wax to create three-dimensional mixed media works of art. The workshop is suitable to those new to encaustic painting as well as those with experience. Participants will work with photographs and collage materials provided, or may also incorporate their own (email me for details). 
Short demonstrations of basic tools and techniques will be followed by plenty of time devoted to guided hands-on creating.
